 ● 1. Basic rules:

›› 1.1 Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.

›› 1.2 By starting to play on our servers, you automatically confirm your agreement with this set of rules.

›› 1.3 An administrator has the right to punish a player for a reason not specified in these rules.

›› 1.4 The administration is not responsible for temporary or permanent inability to play.

›› 1.5 The administration is not responsible for the loss of game valuables due to failures.

›› 1.6 The administration does not guarantee the functionality of the server and its components.

›› 1.7 The administration is not responsible for damage during technical failures.

›› 1.8 Players are required to follow all rules.

›› 1.9 Logs of player actions and chat are kept.

›› 1.10 The administration has the right to change the rules without notice.

›› 1.11 Insulting/provoking the administration is prohibited.  


 ● 2. Chat rules:

›› 2.1 Caps/Spam/Flood is prohibited.

›› 2.2 Insults are prohibited.

›› 2.3 Profanity is prohibited.

›› 2.4 Advertising third-party resources is prohibited.

›› 2.5 Advertising/trading only in themed chats.

›› 2.6 Mentioning relatives of players is prohibited.

›› 2.7 Interethnic enmity, racism is prohibited.

›› 2.8 Bypassing mute is prohibited.

›› 2.9 Calling for verification is prohibited.

›› 2.10 Contacts (Discord, VK, etc.) — only in PM.

›› 2.11 Trading outside the project is prohibited.

›› 2.12 Self-admission of violation is a reason for ban.


 ● 3. Account:

›› 3.1 Nickname must not contain:

›› 3.1.1 Profanity, insults.

›› 3.1.2 Similarity to project/cheat names.

›› 3.1.3 Similarity to Administration nicknames.

›› 3.1.4 Similarity to blacklisted users.

›› 3.2 Account transfer is prohibited. 

›› 3.3 The owner is responsible for actions.

›› 3.4 Selling/transferring accounts and privileges is prohibited.

›› 3.5 Donation is not transferred to another account.


 ● 4. Game rules:

›› 4.1 Deceiving the administration is prohibited.

›› 4.2 Trading for real money is prohibited.

›› 4.2.1 Deceiving players for donation services in any form is prohibited

›› 4.3 Using third-party software/cheats is prohibited.

›› 4.4 Assisting violators is prohibited.

›› 4.5 Repeated blocks = ban from the game.

›› 4.6 Causing server crashes is prohibited.

›› 4.6.1 Mechanisms with a large number of pistons are prohibited.

›› 4.7 Imitating the Administration is prohibited.

›› 4.8 Using bugs is prohibited.

›› 4.9 Actions in groups exceeding the mode limit are prohibited.

›› 4.10 Constructions with unacceptable meaning are prohibited.

›› 4.11 Inciting violations is prohibited.

›› 4.12 Invisible skins are prohibited.

›› Note: for multiple violations of items 4.3/4.4 — full account wipe is possible.   


 ● 5. Software verification rules:

┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅

›› 5.1 You are required to comply with the Verifier's requirements.

›› 5.1.1 Important! You must understand that verification is conducted solely for the purpose of finding cheats, prohibited modifications, programs and other prohibited software. If the Verifier asks you to perform actions that are illogical for verification (for example: turn on a webcam, "crow", give him resources) — disconnect from verification and immediately report this to the Administration.

›› 5.2 This set of rules is not final and may change depending on the Verifier's requirements.

›› 5.3 Monitor the chat during verification. If you did not see/ignored a message from the Verifier, this will not be considered a reason for account unblocking.

›› 5.4 In case of unforeseen circumstances, you must inform the Verifier about it.

›› 5.5 It is prohibited to interfere with verification: opening folders for a long time, asking inappropriate questions, insulting/humiliating the Verifier, ignoring his requirements, and so on.

›› 5.6 During verification, it is prohibited to delete any files from your PC, including clearing the recycle bin.

›› 5.7 During verification, it is prohibited to exit Minecraft without the verifier's permission. Also remember: "crashed minecraft", "was in AFK" — are not considered reasons for account unblocking.

›› 5.8 It is prohibited to record the verification process, exception: personal permission from the Verifier.

›› 5.9 The Verifier has the right to ask you to install programs for effective and quick verification.

›› 5.9.1 List of programs:

● 1. ShellExView - Shows which applications were launched

● 2. Process Hacker 2 - Opens device memory and process properties

● 3. Everything - Quick search by name, size or file location

● 4. ShellBags Analyzer § Cleaner - Determines which folders were opened, moved or deleted

 ● 9. Paid services:

┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅┅

›› 9.1 Attempts to manipulate payments or mislead the Administration are punished with a ban without refund.

›› 9.2 Provide a payment receipt if you want to write to the Administration about the loss or non-appearance of donation after purchase. Without this confirmation, the administration has the right to refuse to provide you with the purchased service.

›› 9.3 The administration is not obliged to provide evidence of violations of a donor whose privilege was removed for violating the above rules.
